Research has shown that it is one's Emotional Intelligence, not IQ, that largely determines one's degree of success! People with higher EQ (measure of Emotional Intelligence) experience greater fulfilment and success, are generally happier and far more adept at dealing with stress than others.
Key competencies in Emotional Intelligence include capabilities such as Self-Awareness, Drive to Achieve and Self-Confidence. Students who are aware of their strengths and non-strengths will make better decisions and choices for their studies and future careers. Similarly, the ability to confidently set a direction and have the discipline and self-motivation to consistently strive to achieve these goals are key tenets for success, not just in school but also in life.
This workshop is an interactive, entertaining and stimulating program that will give students some key principles and strategies that they can adopt to become confident and self-motivated in achieving the results they want from school, sport and their relationships.

DOMINIC SIOW, DIRECTOR | MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER | PEAK PERFORMANCE CONSULTANT, AVANT-GARDE LIFE INVESTMENTS
Dominic Siow is a peak performance consultant, motivational speaker and trainer. After 19 years in the I.T. industry, during which he held executive and senior management positions in companies such as IBM and grapevine Technologies, Dominic has devoted the past 6 years learning, teaching and coaching others the principles and strategies that peak performers use to create success and fulfilment in their lives. His work has touched thousands of lives across Australia and Asia where he has consulted to and presented talks, workshops and seminars on leadership, the skills to influence and Emotional Intelligence for students and professionals.
Dominic an expert on the subject of Emotional Intelligence and a graduate of the Anthony Robbins Companies' Leadership Mastery program. Dominic is an accredited Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy, a certified DISC Practitioner and a trained coach with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).

Who Should Attend?
Parents and Carers who have children from ages 12+ to Senior High School. Children 10+ who are keen to attend is welcome to enrol.
