Speaker Mr. Dominic Siow shows students how to work Smarter and Not Harder!! An important skill to learn, not only for during the school years, but after school as well.

What do we offer?
Time: from 1.00pm - 4.30pm

Sam Tesfay

Introduce the Silva Method and to teach the students how to overcome exam anxiety.

 

Students: Sam will teach the students how to relax leading up to the examination.

Parents: Sam will provide demonstrate an example of relaxation technique to the parents, particularly the HSC parents.

Dominic Siow 3.00 - 4.30pm
Demonstrate the importance of Time Management throughout school life as well as after school, and go through techniques that teach students to work smarter and NOT harder.

Dominic Siow

Sam Tefsay

Sam Tesfay began teaching the Silva Method™ in 2005. He has a Master's degree in Applied Finance (MAF), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Sam received special training in 2008 by Jose Silva’s daughter, Laura Silva, and is certified by Silva International as a Silva Success Coach.

Sam is also a Quit Cigarettes in 60 Minutes™ Specialist Hypnotherapist, helping people to kick their smoking habit – and thus live a healthier, wealthier and happier life.

His business experience includes finance, international trade, economics, and part-time college lecturing since 1999.

Sam decided to become a Certified Silva Method Instructor (CSMI) after receiving and experiencing the benefits of the Silva Method in his own life. Prior to the Silva Dynamic meditation system, Sam has practiced traditional Eastern meditation for over two decades. To further his study in mind development he also is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and a certified NLP Practitioner.

Sam teaches the Silva Method in Sydney’s North Shore, Sydney CBD and the Eastern Suburbs.
