The Australian National Maritime Museum’s wacky, water-filled children’s program Wetworld is drawing hundreds of young visitors each day, all eager to have fun and get wet!

Full of good, watery games, Wetworld is back for its seventh year and continues to be popular with all kids.

The splashy games and experiments let children explore the properties of water from the intriguing Wet Lab to fun river boat races, a scaled-down canal system and a water wheel.

Children can even belt out a tune on the custom-built ‘Water Piano’! With kids’ favourties ‘Hot Cross Buns’ and ‘Chopsticks’ popular tunes, the Water Piano is proving to be a real crowd pleaser.

Kids can then cool down in the Super Soaker Action Zone! Bigger and brighter than previous years, there are now more places to hide behind and take aim. Kids can expect to get wet, so it’s a good idea to dress for the occasion.

Wetworld is open daily from 10 am to 4 pm until 25 January. Tickets are $9 children/adults or $25 families (includes entry to Kids Deck: tzi the Iceman craft activities).
