Kinderjazz is a 12 piece fully acoustic swing orchestra. They opened MANLY JAZZ FESTIVAL back in 1998 and since then have performed at the Sydney Opera House, Daring Harbour, the TEDDY BEAR’S PICNIC at Parramatta Stadium to more than 10,000 families, Carols in the Domain 2000 on Channel 7, Stadium Australia and many major venues around NSW.

KINDERJAZZ is gaining ever increasing popularity with families who will travel from other states and countries just to see them in action!

Jazz is such a creative medium and remains dynamically educational for children. The instinct to move as a response to sound begins in the womb. Our musicians are some of the best in Australia - chosen because of their high quality as well as their ability to relate to children.

KINDERJAZZ offers the most natural music tuition you could find. Parents realise that music tuition starts before we ever pick up an instrument or even start singing. We have no less than five children's CD's which expose your child to music.

Each child CD is unique and offers a huge variety of rhythms, instruments, key signatures and more. We say music tuition because your children will be educated merely by listening to the different rhythms and sounds. Their brains will be able to download the sounds of each instrument and while having fun, they will grow memory sticks in their brain for each CD.

This brain growth will be with them for the rest of their lives. Music has been proven the best way to encourage learning in children as it has an emotional component. Regardless of one's intellect, they will be able to absorb it fully through their emotions.

Our children's CDs don't just target children who learn visually. KINDERJAZZ is music tuition via all the senses because children learn through all their senses.

Ever wondered what your baby is trying to tell you? Welcome to TinySign! Aussie babies have a lot to say and we’re here to help them to say it! Through our award-wining baby signing classes and home-learning kit we’ll help you to understand your baby well before they can talk – and allow your baby to let you know just what they are interested in too!

Benefits. It really does give you a ‘window’ to their mind when they let you know that they’ve noticed things like the bird in the tree or that they feel thirsty or would like to read a book please! Baby signing also encourages your baby to make attempts at speech too- so watch out! Yes, you’ll soon have a little chatterbox on your hands but a very happy, contented understood little chatterbox.

Come and join us! Why not try a TinySign class with your baby? The classes are an hour long each week, with 30 minutes of fun, lively songs, using Auslan Key Word Signs, musical instrument time and shared book time. It’s an active session as we bounce, juggle and tickle our babies throughout. Your baby will adore it and you’ll be pleased that we also save you gym membership with the exercise!

Then there are 30 minutes more! It’s time for our ‘social and support’ half hour when it’s playtime for the little ones and a cup of coffee and a chocolate biscuit for you – perfect! It’s a great time to learn more about baby signing from the other mums but you do have permission to talk about anything else you want to too! It’s ‘me’ time which, I know, is rare for new mums.
