During June and July the Pacific Humpbacks pass by Sydney's front doorstep on their annual migration path from the Antarctic waters to the warmer waters along the eastern Australian coast. Every year during this time, whales can be seen from just outside the entrance to Sydney Harbour.
There are only a few thousand of these majestic creatures passing by and since they are an endangered species, every sighting is a special occasion.
From September until November, watch the whales and they then make their way south again, to return to the Antarctic waters.
Light refreshments are provided on all cruises.
