Sailing Half Day Adventure - Child

Let your children enjoy a half day cruise to McLaren’s Landing and enjoy their time at the island’s resort. Try a few of the optional activities and indulge in a delicious BBQ steak and seafood feast before heading off to explore the island’s untouched beaches and natural bush land!

Step aboard our luxury Tall Ship and sail out to South Stradbroke Island for a day aboard a genuine square rigger. Departing from Surfers Paradise, we’ll sail to a private resort at McLaren’s Landing, where your own beach awaits.

Once there, thatched Balinese huts provide shade from the sun and our friendly staff will do everything possible to ensure that you have a memorable experience. Enjoy a sumptuous Australian BBQ steak and seafood luncheon feast, consisting of fish, chicken, steak, prawns, baked potatoes, a variety of salads and fresh bread rolls.

During your time on the island, you’re free to try your hand at a number of optional activities (additional cost) including a 4WD tour, speed boat rides, jet skiing or parasailing.

At the conclusion of your half day experience, you’ll board our high-speed vessel and return to Surfers Paradise after having thoroughly enjoyed a day of fun in the Queensland sun!

Weather:

In the event of extreme weather conditions, this experience may be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible. All cancelled experiences will be rescheduled for a later date.

Session Length:

Cruises take place every day of the year, except Christmas Day. A morning and afternoon cruise is available. Morning cruises take place from 9am - 1.30pm and afternoon cruises are from 12 noon - 4pm. Please advise us of your preferred departure time. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.

Extra Info:

During your time on the island, there are plenty of optional activities for you to participate in from jet skiing, doofer rides, 4WD tours, parasailing and jet boating (all activities are an additional cost payable on the day).

This experience voucher is valid for six months from date of purchase.
